NYC Trip 11.16

NYC Trip - November 2016 - Ashley Benson

This was an incredible, 'pinch me' weekend in New York - from the airport I caught a cab and headed to the PhysicalMind Institute office.  I loved being in the spot where it all happens!  In New York style, we didn't waste time and got straight to this interview with Joan Breibart, President & CEO of PMI and inventor of TYE4 and other Pilates equipment.  Click here to read more about Joan and understand how cool this was for me to spend the weekend with her.  Take a look at our interview, as we talked about how exciting it is as TYE4 finds it's way into sports!

Tye4 Sports Performance offers a unique training program specifically designed for athletes. Through this program we focus on rehab, balance, flexibility and strength (specifically joint stabilizers and spine which are often forgotten) which results in reduced risk of injury and improved performance. The program not only improves performance in competition but also in the weight room. The patented TYE4® system allows the athlete to gain body awareness and train through full range of motion, adding appropriate resistance and assistance when necessary. It is a perfect add-on to any athlete’s training regimen. Tye4 Sports training is unique and the testimonies are strong.  For training contact

Well obviously I worked out while I was there.

Saturday morning weather was perfect so I walked the 1.45 mile long High Line Park built on a historic freight rail line elevated above the streets on Manhattan's West Side.

This weekend was filled with fancy meals, SoHo shopping and awesome shows.  Thank you for hosting me and I can't wait to go back!
