Men’s Golf Class

“I have never been a big exercise person. Golf has been about all the exercise I get. I went to the first class and was surprised at how challenging it was for us. We all found ourselves moving and stretching and strengthening our golf muscles. My flexibility over the last 8 1/2 months has improved dramatically. I have increased my distance with all of my clubs (except my putter)! 

I owe it all to Ashley. She is a very professional trainer who cares about us and what we are capable of doing on an individual basis. Every class she helps us get our TYE4 harness on and adjusted...I do not think any of us have ever done it by ourselves yet!

Her classes are run with efficiency and a certain amount of humor that is appreciated by all of us. She demonstrates all of the exercises we do at each session and if someone new joins they feel comfortable and fit right in with the group.

Her personality, skill and results are why all of us continue to attend her classes. I highly recommend her for any stretching and strength classes for any sport. I am looking forward to more classes as we increase the types of flexibility needed to play better golf!
